The Czech Republic’s data protection authority, the Úřad pro ochranu osobnÃch údajů, released its enforcement plan for 2025. The UOOU indicated it will participate in the European Data Protection Board’s coordinated enforcement action on right to erasure and individually look at camera systems in transportation, unsolicited commercial communications, personal data processing in the Schengen area and more.
