Sweden’s data protection authority, Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten, published its portion of joint guidance with the digital governance authority, the Myndigheten för digital förvaltning, on public-sector generative AI use. The IMY’s guidelines identified seven areas of consideration for AI usage through the lens of the EU General Data Protection Regulation.
