The European Data Protection Board completed two guidance projects through it’s Support Pool of Experts program involving the evaluation of AI bias through tools and sufficient implementation of data subjects’ rights. With the AI bias, the guidance covers sources of bias, methods to address and available tools for bias evaluation. The guidance on DSARs details how data deletion and erasure support AI model unlearning.
