France’s data protection authority, the Commission nationale de l’informatique et des libertés, discussed prior recommendations on EU General Data Protection Regulation compliance measures and assessments around software development kit providers. The CNIL said it will “pay particular attention” to SDK providers’ practices in the coming months via compliance sweeps.
