Apple claimed technology developers could exploit the EU Digital Markets Act by using the law to access user data while alleging Meta had attempted to access certain iPhone software technology, The Wall Street Journal reports. Meta spokesman Andy Stone said Apple is trying combat the DMA’s interoperability obligations by enlisting privacy concerns “that have no basis in reality.”
