Denmark’s data protection authority, Datatilsynet, updated guidance around data breach reporting following analysis of 54,681 reviews of the regulator’s reporting services. The improvements are largely geared toward updating the Danish Business Authority’s online form used by organizations to report all relevant information after sustaining a data breach.
