The European Consumer Organisation published its position regarding harmonized cross-border enforcement the EU General Data Protection Regulation. As EU institutions consider new harmonization rules, the BEUC recommended complaint systems be accessible and easy for consumers to use while allowing consumers the right to be heard during complaint decisions.
