The plan also details efforts to “establish a national infrastructure for AI, placing Norway at the vanguard of ethical and safe AI use. Meanwhile, Ireland’s Department of Enterprise, Trade and Employment published its National AI Strategy Refresh, outlining the department’s strategy to effectively implement the EU AI Act and bolster AI technology development.
