The U.K. Information Commissioner’s Office issued a formal reprimand to the parent company of gambling entity Sky Betting and Gaming for allegedly processing individuals’ personal data with cookies without consent. The Guernsey-based parent, Bonne Terre, was found by the ICO to deploy certain third-party cookies prior to users having the opportunity to give their consent to processing.
