The European Data Protection Board will hold a remote dialogue for stakeholders to provide input on guidelines for applying data protection law to pay-or-consent models 18 Nov. The guidelines will build on the board’s prior pay-or-consent opinion, but the forthcoming guidance “will have a broader scope of application.” The EDPB will begin collecting stakeholders for the November event 12 Sept.
