Luxembourg’s National Commission for Data Protection published the first round of public feedback received regarding how to protect personal information in the context of artificial intelligence. The CNPD noted small businesses were very responsive to the consultation in comparison to large companies. The regulator also called out small businesses’ data protection compliance efforts around AI are expectedly not as mature given a lack of resources.
