Members of European Parliament are considering the creation of a monitoring group for implementing the EU Artificial Intelligence Act within the body, Euractiv reports. Parliament’s Committee on Internal Market and Consumer Protection is expected to discuss establishing the group next week and it could be structured similarly to the monitoring groups that oversee the implementation of the Digital Services Act and Digital Markets Act.
