A European Data Protection Board taskforce dedicated to studying issues related to how the large language model ChatGPT interacts with EU personal data laws published a report. The preliminary investigation determined which elements of the EU General Data Protection Regulation apply to the various inquiries being made around OpenAI’s operations.
