The Worldcoin Foundation released an open-source system based on multiparty computation and claimed it sets a new standard for sensitive data protection, The Block reports. Worldcoin Foundation said, when migrating to the new system, it deleted iris scans taken from individuals who had previously signed up for the Worldcoin project.
